How much does the shuttle cost?
A one way shuttle ticket costs $71.00.
Where are the pick-up and drop-off locations?
For ALL shore towns, in New York City, we pick-up at W 41st & Dyer Avenue (in between 9th & 10th Sts near the Lincoln Tunnel). For the return to New York City, we drop off at Penn Station. The pick-up/drop-off for Margate is the Dollar General in Ventnor Plaza 4910 Wellington Avenue, Ventnor, NJ. The pick-up/drop-off in Ocean City is Tennessee Avenue & Shelter Road. The pick-up/drop-off in Avalon is Surfside Park (29th & Avalon Ave). The pick-up/drop off in LBI is St. Francis Community Center 4700 Long Beach Blvd.
How long does the shuttle typically take?
The time always differs depending on the day of the week, the shuttle time you choose, and summer traffic. We cannot guarantee the amount of time that the shuttle will take; however, it ranges around 2-3 hours depending the shore town you are in. Again, we cannot be held accountable if it takes longer than 3 hours.
Where can I find updates or new information?
We suggest joining our Facebook groups ‘Margate, OC, Avalon – Park Avenue Shore Shuttle’ OR ‘LBI – Park Avenue Shore Shuttle’. Please answer the preliminary questions and you will be approved by the admins. Additionally, we post daily updates and changes on our Instagram @parkavenuelimousine and our personal Facebook page: Park Avenue Limousine.
Do you issue any refunds or transfers?
Each ticket is 100% non-refundable under any circumstance. We do allow the reselling of tickets amongst each other on our Facebook group; however, Park Avenue will not be involved in the process. Depending on availability, if a rider is interested in transferring to a shuttle on the same day, we do allow that for a $10.00 transfer fee. Additionally, we do allow riders to transfer to shuttles on different days for a $25.00 fee.
How do I sell a ticket?
We do allow the re-selling of tickets in our Facebook group. The admins will not accept the post until we are sold out on our end.
If I sell my ticket, how do I change the name on the ticket?
Unfortunately, the name on the ticket is unable to be changed. Please have the person you sold your ticket to check in under your name.
Am I guaranteed a seat? What if you are sold out?
If you book and pay for the ride, you are guaranteed a seat! If we are sold out, the bookings will be closed on our website. We constantly post on our social media pages when we are sold out or adding vehicles.
Are pets allowed on the shuttle?
Yes! If your pet is 10 pounds or under, we do not require you to purchase an additional seat for your pet. However, if the pet is 11 pounds and above OR you want your pet to have their own seat (not sit on your lap/under your seat) you must purchase an additional seat at the same cost as the standard ticket of $70.00.
How do I book? Can I call in a reservation?
All reservations are booked on our website at parkavenuelimousine.com via a credit card. We do not accept cash at any time. We do not accept reservations over the phone unless it is a same day ticket.
Am I able to purchase a one-way ticket or do I have to purchase a round-trip ticket?
You can absolutely purchase a one-way ticket! Additionally, if you want to purchase a round-trip ticket, you do not have to do the same shore town each way (ex: you can book a Margate ticket for the pick-up, but an Ocean City ticket for the return). LBI travelers can ONLY purchase LBI tickets.
What time should I arrive at the shuttle? What happens if I am late?
The arrival time is at your discretion. We suggest arriving at least 15-20 minutes prior to the departure time to allow plenty of time to load your bags, check in, and get situated. The vehicles depart promptly at the scheduled time of departure. If you are late and miss the bus, we do not issue any refunds or credits. If there is another shuttle on that same date, if available, you can switch your ticket to that shuttle for a fee.
What happens if I leave any of my belongings on the shuttle?
Please email us at shuttles@parkavenuelimo.com to make us aware. We will ship the item back to you and you will also be charged a $50.00 inconvenience fee.
What type of vehicle should I expect for the shuttle?
We send our vehicles based off demand. Our vehicles range from Sprinters to Mini Buses, and
56-passenger motor coaches. We do not guarantee any specific vehicle to be sent.
Do the vehicles have bathrooms on them?
Some of our vehicles have bathrooms and others do not. We do not guarantee that the vehicle
will have a bathroom. With that being said, all vehicles will stop at a rest stop halfway through
the ride.
Do the vehicles have Wi-Fi and power ports?
All our vehicles have Wi-Fi. On the larger vehicles, Wi-Fi is not guaranteed to perform at
maximum strength if 56 people are using it. Power ports vary depending on the vehicle. The
majority of the vehicles have it; however, we do not guarantee power ports.
How do I get in contact with someone?
We are a 24/7 transportation service that can be reached at 215-364-2470. Our e-mail is

My friends/family and I want to get a private vehicle, is this an option?
Absolutely! We are a worldwide private transportation service. Please call or e-mail us to get a
quote or to begin the booking process.
Should I tip the driver?
Tipping our chauffeurs is at the passenger’s discretion. If you are interested in tipping the
chauffeur, we recommend approximately $5 per person.
