What to Expect:
• All vehicles onsite 15 minutes prior to pick up time
• Updated manifests and confirmation calls throughout the process
• Group signage on all chauffeurs iPads
• Chauffeur status updates provided to event contacts
• Arrival of inbound flights and trains will be tracked
• Uniformed meet & greet for immediate passenger contact
• Bottled water in all vehicles
